The apps are published on the App Store and Google Play by Global Outsource Solutions Pty Ltd (Australia), which holds the developer accounts, on behalf of Greek Island Platforms Single Member P.C. It does not operate the service and is not a party to these terms.

En téléversant des marches, vous confirmez les avoir capturées vous-même dans des lieux publics (ou avec permission), en toute sécurité et légalité. Vous accordez à Greek Island Streets une licence perpétuelle, mondiale, irrévocable et gratuite d'utilisation, de modification, de publication et de commercialisation des données (géométrie, traces et produits dérivés : cartes, itinéraires, adresses). Les contributions sont vérifiées et peuvent être refusées ou retirées. Ne pénétrez jamais dans une propriété privée et ne prenez aucun risque.

Les points sont un merci, pas de l'argent : sans valeur monétaire, non transférables ni échangeables, modifiables ou supprimables. Les récompenses dépendent des partenaires et de leur disponibilité. Les points issus de fraudes sont retirés.

Vous êtes responsable de votre compte. Les comptes abusifs peuvent être suspendus. Suppression sur demande — voir la politique de confidentialité.

Greek Island Streets is free to use and takes no bookings and no payments. We are not a travel agency, not a tourist office and not an intermediary. We never sell, resell or arrange accommodation, transport, tours or any other service, and we never handle your money.

If you book or buy anything from a business you found on this map, that contract is entirely between you and that business. Their prices, their cancellation rules and their refund terms apply, and we are not a party to any of it. Information shown on a listing is the business's own and is given for guidance, not as an offer by us.

Listing a business on the map is free. There is nothing to pay, so no VAT is charged by us on anything.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Naxos, or of Syros where jurisdiction lies with the Court of First Instance of Syros.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take a consumer dispute to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), the certified out-of-court body for these disputes: Λ. Αλεξάνδρας 144, 114 71 Αθήνα, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr. The Greek consumer helpline is 1520.

Some accommodation pages show the host’s own recommendations: places they like, with their notes. They are the host’s personal opinion, not ours, and we do not check every claim in them. Nobody can pay us to appear in a host’s recommendations. Where a host gets anything from a place they recommend (a commission, free meals), that place carries a visible label saying so. To report a recommendation that is wrong, unlawful or harmful, email [email protected]">[email protected] or use the link under the recommendations. We review every report and tell the host if we remove something.
