Greek Island Streets is operated by Greek Island Platforms Single Member P.C. The apps are published on the App Store and Google Play by Global Outsource Solutions Pty Ltd (Australia), which holds the developer accounts, on behalf of Greek Island Platforms Single Member P.C. It does not operate the service and is not a party to these terms.

Directions and place information are provided as-is, free of charge, and are our best effort — not a guarantee. Streets change, businesses close, GPS drifts. Always use your own judgement, watch your surroundings, and don't use Greek Island Streets for emergencies. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or injury arising from use of the service.

By recording and uploading walks you confirm you captured them yourself in publicly accessible places (or with the owner's permission), walking safely and lawfully. You grant Greek Island Streets a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, publish and commercialise the contributed data (street geometry, trajectories and derived products such as maps, routing and address data). We review contributions before they enter the map and may reject or remove any contribution at our discretion. Never trespass, and never put yourself or others at risk to map something.

Points are a thank-you, not money: they have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted, expired or discontinued. Rewards are offered by partner businesses subject to their availability. Points obtained through fraudulent or manipulated contributions will be removed.

You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or submit bad-faith data. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see the privacy policy.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Questions: [email protected].

Greek Island Streets is free to use and takes no bookings and no payments. We are not a travel agency, not a tourist office and not an intermediary. We never sell, resell or arrange accommodation, transport, tours or any other service, and we never handle your money.

If you book or buy anything from a business you found on this map, that contract is entirely between you and that business. Their prices, their cancellation rules and their refund terms apply, and we are not a party to any of it. Information shown on a listing is the business's own and is given for guidance, not as an offer by us.

Listing a business on the map is free. There is nothing to pay, so no VAT is charged by us on anything.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Naxos, or of Syros where jurisdiction lies with the Court of First Instance of Syros.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
