The apps are published on the App Store and Google Play by Global Outsource Solutions Pty Ltd (Australia), which holds the developer accounts, on behalf of Greek Island Platforms Single Member P.C. It does not operate the service and is not a party to these terms.

Sie räumen Greek Island Streets eine dauerhafte, weltweite, unwiderrufliche, gebührenfreie Lizenz ein, die Daten (Gassengeometrie, Spuren und abgeleitete Produkte wie Karten, Routing, Adressdaten) zu nutzen, zu verändern, zu veröffentlichen und zu kommerzialisieren. Beiträge werden vor Aufnahme geprüft und können abgelehnt oder entfernt werden. Kein Hausfriedensbruch, kein Risiko fürs Kartieren.

Punkte sind ein Dankeschön, kein Geld: kein Barwert, nicht übertragbar oder auszahlbar, können angepasst oder eingestellt werden. Prämien bieten Partnerbetriebe nach Verfügbarkeit. Punkte aus manipulierten Beiträgen werden entfernt.

Sie sind für Ihr Konto verantwortlich. Missbräuchliche Konten können gesperrt werden. Löschung jederzeit möglich — siehe Datenschutzerklärung.

Greek Island Streets is free to use and takes no bookings and no payments. We are not a travel agency, not a tourist office and not an intermediary. We never sell, resell or arrange accommodation, transport, tours or any other service, and we never handle your money.

If you book or buy anything from a business you found on this map, that contract is entirely between you and that business. Their prices, their cancellation rules and their refund terms apply, and we are not a party to any of it. Information shown on a listing is the business's own and is given for guidance, not as an offer by us.

Listing a business on the map is free. There is nothing to pay, so no VAT is charged by us on anything.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Naxos, or of Syros where jurisdiction lies with the Court of First Instance of Syros.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

Some accommodation pages show the host’s own recommendations: places they like, with their notes. They are the host’s personal opinion, not ours, and we do not check every claim in them. Nobody can pay us to appear in a host’s recommendations. Where a host gets anything from a place they recommend (a commission, free meals), that place carries a visible label saying so. We review every report and tell the host if we remove something.
